Who do we support?
Clay Kitchen pledges 1% of our yearly profits to the Led By Foundation. We are committed to our mission of empowering women and minority groups. We choose LEDBY for their work in bridging the gap in the economic field by providing support to women and minority groups. Led By Foundation works primarily with Muslim women in India to provide them with workshops related employment, including but not limited to mentorship, resumé writing, negotiations, and problem solving.
Led By Foundation seeks to cultivate an ever more integrated India, where everyone has equal opportunities to contribute to the country’s growth.
Led By Foundation was incubated and developed at Harvard University, with seed funding from the Social Innovation and Change Initiative at the Harvard Kennedy School.We are creating a community of Indian Muslim women who have the professional skillset to conquer their career goals while being supported by experts with shared backgrounds.
