This menu is a celebration of two regions that have shaped the way I cook and think about food—South Asia and Spain.
The idea for SABOR was born after a trip through Andalucía and Asturias, where I was struck by the uniqueness and punchy flavors in every dish. At the same time, I couldn’t help but draw connections to the spices and techniques I grew up with. This supper club brings those worlds together—sometimes subtly, sometimes more boldly—but always with care.
You’ll start with a gooey akuri tortilla, move through crisp besan with camarones, and taste artichokes reimagined through the lens of Bhutanese ema datshi. The main course offers a choice between lubina with tamarind and garlic chips, or a hearty spicy fabdada with a side of masala patatas bravas. We’ll finish with a take on torrija that leans into the richness of Shahi Tukda.

Dani, with his 13 years of experience in fine dining, and Varun, with his 2 years of experience running unique Supper Clubs that bridge cuisines, have created a 5 course menu that you won’t forget! They have brought together the best flavors and techniques from across Italy and India to create some truly insane dishes.

A globally influenced Supper Club with unique small plates that you have never tried before, including Gochujang Tandoori Salmon, Farinata, and a lot more! We end with a show stopping Biryani that will keep you coming back for seconds, thirds, and maybe even fourths! A vegan menu is available for this supper club.
